Some Remote Areas of the Highlands & Northern Ireland do not offer a next day service and orders to remote areas and Northern Ireland must be placed by 1.00pm to qualify for Next Day Delivery. Next working day delivery applies to all UK mainland orders placed before 1.00pm Monday – Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays). If you order on a Friday for Next day Delivery – It will not be delivered until the Next Working Day, which is Monday Although we offer a Next Day Delivery Service occasionally the Courier or Royal Mail may be unable to deliver next day for reasons outside of their control and we cannot be held responsible.
Next day deliveries is £7.95 -The couriers are either UK Mail or Royal Mail.

Europe is £15.00
Worldwide is £25.00
Saturday deliveries are £9.95.
There is an option to select Saturday Delivery at checkout. Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 1.00 pm on Friday
The majority of our parcels are sent by Royal Mail or UK Mail with a tracking number and need a signature upon receipt.
Please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel – we do offer the option of delivering to a different address, please contact us for further details. Once the parcel has been dispatched we cannot change the delivery address.
We are not responsible for in-correct delivery information provided by you the buyer. This includes goods that have been sent to a different location

Please make sure before you purchase items on the Elegance website you provide the correct delivery information. Please note we only post to the cardholders address and cannot accept oders to PO Box numbers,Temporary accommodation, work premises or hotels. We are not responsible for items that are not sent to the buyers billing address and want them sent to work places.
here are no refunds for shipping and handling charges, unless it is a shipping error on our part.
It is the buyers responsibility to pay for postage costs for any returned items to us.
We are not responsible for returned items that do not reach us and would advise that all returned items are sent by Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery or similar.
If an item is returned the delivery charge will be deducted from the total.
International orders may incur custom duties and taxes on the items, and we are not responsible for these charges. Should you reject a delivery because of customs charges we will deduct the cost of returning the item back to us from your refund. If the cost of returning the item is greater than the cost of the item we will authorise the item to be disposed of and no refund will be given.
